Tributo a John Williams

Hace poco me pasé al Lado Oscuro de la Fuerza y vi por fin las pelis clásicas de Star Wars. De las antiguas, había visto algún trozo por la tele pero nunca una peli entera. De las nuevas creo que la primera la vi en DVD, pero me dormí a la mitad, la segunda en el cine de verano, pero me quedé dormido y la tercera ni me suena (probablemente me pillaría sobando).

Para los nada frikis, debéis saber que primero salieron los Episodios IV, V y VI (años 1977, 1980 y 1983) y muuucho después rodaron la trilogía previa, Episodios I, II y III (años 1999, 2002 y 2005).

Ni que decir tiene que esta saga se ha convertido en algo mítico, icono de los frikis. De hecho, cada 25 de mayo se celebra el día del orgullo friki, conmemorando el día del estreño de la primera de las pelis.

Pues bien, en relación a todo esto, el otro día me encontré esta perla en el Facebook de un amigo. Es un vídeo que no tiene desperdicio, sobretodo si sois aficionados a Star Wars:

¿No os parece genial? A mí me llamó la atención la imagen inicial del vídeo, con las 4 caras del tipo, le di por curiosidad y me enganchó hasta el final... Por si alguno no se ha dado cuenta, es un tributo a John Williams, leyenda viva y compositor de muchas de las principales bandas sonoras del cine, con música de varias de sus bandas sonoras y una letra original sobre Star Wars.

John Williams is the man
